HYGOOD fire suppression solutions are part of the TYCO Fire Protection Products portfolio. Offering an extensive range of gaseous fire protection solutions specifically developed to protect the risks in your environment. Commercial spaces and places of critical infrastructure such as offices, data server rooms, and data storage facilities have specific risks and challenges when it comes to fire protection. Industrial environments can pose various fire risks such as high temperature machine working, combustible vapor gas need specialist solutions. In a marine environment, fires can develop rapidly and threaten the safety of the vessel and personnel very quickly; there will be needed an agent that is not harmful to people, can suppresses a fire rapidly and will ensure that damage is minimized means the time to return to a stable condition can be reduced.
HYGOOD has a complete range of gaseous fire suppression solutions which play a crucial role in protecting human, assets and systems. Our solutions of Fire Suppression meet all requirements.

Clean Agent Fire Suppression Halo-carbon systems are included FM-200 System and Sapphire System.
The FM-200 system uses FM-200 (HFC-227ea) fire extinguishing agent which has zero ozone depletion (ODP). This colorless, odorless agent vaporizes upon discharge and absorbs heat to rapidly suppress fire while leaving no residue to clean up. It does not conduct electricity and will not short-out electronic equipment or thermally shock delicate circuitry resulting in less damage to critical equipment, facilitating a much shorter recovery time and reducing downtime.

SAPPHIRE system using 3M Novec 1230 fire protection fluid for total flooding applications. The clear, colorless agent has zero ozone depletion potential, an atmospheric lifetime of just five days, and a global warming potential of 1.0. The SAPPHIRE system suppresses a fire before it can be fully engaged and once the fire is suppressed, Novec 1230 quickly evaporates without harming any valuable assets.

Inert Gases Fire Protection Systems with iFlow technology is available with the following inert gas agents:
IG541, comprised of a blend of 52% Nitrogen, 40% Argon and 8% CO2
IG55, comprised of 50% Nitrogen and 50% Argon.
With many years of experience in specialised fire suppression technologies, we provide expert support and guidance on the most suitable gaseous extinguishing agents appropriate to the risk and give out the best solution to ensure that your properties and human are safety.

DETAILED INFORMATION:

  • FM-200 Fire Suppression System
  • Fire suppression by heat removal

FM-200 works by removing the element of heat from a fire to interrupt combustion and suppress a fire. It is non-conductive so there is no effect on energized electrical components upon discharge, and with zero ozone depleting potential, it has proved to be the most widely selected replacement for Halon 1301.

SAPPHIRE Suppression System

Greener and more environmentally-friendly fire protection Custom-engineered clean agent system for 3M Novec 1230, delivering a clear, colourless low-odour agent with zero ozone depletion and safe for use in occupied areas. HYGOOD SAPPHIRE systems work fast and are designed to rapidly absorb heat to the point where combustion ceases. Once actuated, HYGOOD SAPPHIRE systems deliver the extinguishant within 10 seconds, stopping fires before they have the chance to spread. Most importantly when a fire is suppressed quickly, the result is less damage, lower refurbishment costs and reduced downtime.

INERGEN Clean Agent Systems

A clean, non-conductive and natural fire suppression agent INERGEN introduces the proper mixture of gases into a room lowering the oxygen content below the level that supports combustion but allows a person to breathe, and as no fogging on discharge occurs, evacuation is not inhibited. The INERGEN system is particularly useful for suppressing fires in hazards where an electrically non-conductive medium is essential or desirable; where clean-up of other agents presents a problem; or where the hazard is normally occupied and requires a non-toxic agent.
